Applicable in fields including foods, dairy products, fruit juice and beverages, medicines and biological engineering.
Tanks Configuration:
The storehouses are cylinder-shaped, with ladders on one side and stainless steel guard rails on the top.At the lower part, there are indoor working chambers with oval-shaped manholes, high speed propeller agitators, feeding and discharging holes, thermometers, pressure transmitters, sampling valves and cleaners.
Structural Feature:
Both double-deckerand three-decker stainless steel structure could be adopted in the manufacture of milk storehouses which are made of stainless steel 2B plates.The applicable insulation materials include rock wool, glass wool, polyurethane foams, etc.Circular arc transition is applied for all internal junctions of the tanks to leave not blind angles for hygienic cleaning.Heat insulating layers between inner walls and tank shells could keep the temperature of low temperature ( 5 C) milk below 2 C for 24 hours.
Our metal tanks are constructed of 304 series stainless steel or other alloys for storage and transportation of liquid materials. Tank corners have a 2" radius for strength and easy cleanability and one-piece bottom available with slope for complete drainage.
A variety of closures and valves are available for tanks; a 22" drum cover provides easy access for cleaning and inspection. Weld and material finish on tanks can be suited to meet customer needs.
